Second month making more emails and I’m understanding what I can do with making this email newsletter.

Alternate Blog Format

As I have an email list, I’m changing up my previous monthly blogs on my website to be a monthly newsletter. In exchange, I’m making my regular blog posts with smaller standalone articles and sketchbooks. Some will be short and similar to my social media posts, others will be longer and more involved, but this new format should drum up more updates on my website, while this newsletter will be a summary of stuff I’ve been up to over the month for every time your miss it!

A Second Chat as a Cartoonist By Night

I had another conversation on the Cartoonist By Night Podcast just drawing pixel art and talking about art and media news!

Thanks again Anthony, Greg, and D.Brad for having me on again since March! It's been a swell chat getting through this puzzle of a pixel art piece!

FAME 2026

Earlier in September, I tabled at Fandom, Art, and Music Expo 2026 in Joliet, IL! Like many library shows, it was a smaller event at small spaces of the library.

Overall, I had a great time not needed to drive miles from home to table at a convention and chat with fans. I'd love to volunteer more at shows like these in the future to contribute more to the arts in general. Perhaps you'll see me on the other side of the table next year?

My next show is Windycon 52 at Rosemont,IL from October 9th to 11th! For all other shows, you can check out my Convention Schedule to keep track of my next appearances!

Comics Reprints

Reupping another batch of prints for all my comics, so you can continue to find print books of Shirley’s Day, Incident at the Game Store and The Pizza Man from my online store in the near future.

Wrap Up

This newsletter stuff is taking some figuring out, but I hope you’ll enjoy these monthly recaps of what I’ve been up to for the past few weeks.
